We are social creatures and learn best through experiential input with other humans! We won't shut up about how the majority of the mental health field is doing it WRONG and we are here to make it RIGHT. Being a therapist is a wild experience! In order to do this as healthy as possible we MUST hold each other accountable to dismantling systems of oppression, decolonizing our therapy practice and  experimenting with how to take incredible care of our human selves.
